What I Do

Coaching

As a business coach, I partner with ambitious business owners, driven leaders, and their dedicated teams to unlock their inherent potential and translate aspirations into measurable success. My role is to provide the strategic guidance, unwavering support, and crucial accountability needed to navigate the complexities of the business landscape. Through a process of deep listening, incisive questioning, and the application of proven business principles, I help my clients gain clarity on their vision, define impactful strategies, and develop actionable roadmaps. Together, we'll foster innovation, cultivate strong leadership capabilities, and build resilient, high-performing organizations.

Mentoring startups

As a startup mentor, I am with startups to build the right business model, put together the right team and produce a credible business plan and marketing plan.

Business analysis

As a business analyst, my focus is on dissecting the intricate workings of business to uncover opportunities for optimization and growth. I delve deep into processes, data, and systems, meticulously analyzing the current state to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and potential areas for improvement. My role involves translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive strategic decision-making and the implementation of effective solutions.
